In December 1893, William Douglas Whiteling was admitted to the Infirmary, he was discharged on August 1894 to the Lambeth Union School

Mother Kate was in Princes Road Workhouse but she was discharged March 20 1894 when the child was in the Infirmary. The creed register is marked 'Not returned from leave'
