Henry Frederick was born on 26th Nov. 1791 in Dörrmenz. He probably emigrated in 1805 and married his first wife Louisa (Louzea) Wick in London in 1816. She was the daughter of Frederick Wick, a pork butcher, probably also of German descent. They had two sons who also became pork butchers: George Frederick and Henry John. Louisa died in 1825. Henry Frederick married again(??) and had 7 more children with Mary Ann Miles. He became a British Subject on May 10, 1830 and he died on 24th Jan.1848 at 1 Hardwick Street, Clerkenwell, London.
