In 1895, Edith Chaplin, 5, arrived at Quebec, Canada, along with a group of 45 Maria Rye girls en route to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.

Edith Alice Chaplin married Bert Cronkrite.

At least 1 child was born of this marriage: Lottie Cronkrite, born June 30, 1907, at Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, died January 13, 1994.
