Commonwealth War Graves Registers and Circumstances of Casualty state that he was Killed in Action at the Corps Reserve in Ruitz, Nord Pas de Calais, France. He was buried in La Targette British Cemetery, Neuville-Saint-Vaast, Nord Pas de Calais, France. Plot: II. A. 18.
