April 12 1907 - Medical Report

Grace King - since adenoids were removed ??? she was treated for anaemia. This patient has shown remarkable improvement in health. She is of delicate build and is ??? ???? well developed. Her chest has much improved. I consider that the patient is now quite fit for emigration with reasonable care. She will do very well in Canada
