In 1910, Frederick Partner, Sr., and his brother were out of work and residing in the Marylebone Workhouse. Clara ultimately left Frederick.

Florence Partner was placed into Annie MacPherson's home in Bethnal Green, London. Brother Frederick Partner was placed into Fegan Homes from 125 Canrobert Street, Hackney Rd., on June 21, 1910. Brother (Thomas) George Partner was admitted on October 11, 1910 from 59 Emma Street, Hackney (he returned to his father in 1912). Both brothers were admitted by their father, Frederick Ernest Partner.

In 1910, Florence Partner, 7, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 93 MacPherson children accompanied by Mr. Merry and en route to Stratford, Ontario, Canada. (Brother Frederick Partner, 10, arrived at St. John, New Brunswick, with Fegans in 1910.)

In 1911, Florence Partner, 8, was shown as adopted by John B. Burns and his sister, Mary Burns, of Sydenham Township, North Grey County, Ontario, Canada. Her date of birth is shown as September 1902 and her immigration year from England as 1910.

On September 9, 1918, at the Salvation Army, at London, Middlesex, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Florence Ethel Mabel Bertha Partner, 17, housekeeper, born in London, England, to Fred Partner and Agnes Griffin; and Armond/Arnold Roy Munnings, 18, farmer, born Goderich Township, Ontario, Canada, to Robert William Munnings and Agnes Cottle.

Florence was able to find her mother again in the 1920's or 30's. On May 29, 1934, Florence Munnings, 50, housewife, entered the United Kingdom through the port of London, England on the ship Aurania. She expected to visit 37 Thornberry Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, England.

Florence Ethel Mabel Partner Munnings died in 1997 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
