He declared that he resided at 11923 - 93rd Street, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; that he was born at Morden, Surrey, England; that his next of kin was his father, Thomas Wilkie Adam, who resided at Morden, Surrey, England; that his date of birth was November 25, 1893; that he was a clerk; and that he was not married. He was described as 5 foot 8 inches in height; fair complexion; brown hair; brown eyes. He was a member of the Church of England. He had an operation scar on his left inquinal region for hernia.

Thomas Wilkie Adam married Elsie Sarah Louise Cox about 1920. They had at least 2 children: Thomas Wilkie Adam, born 1921. (Pilot Officer Thomas Wilkie Adam, Royal Canadian Air Force, died in action on June 16, 1943, and was buried in Banbury Cemetery, Oxfordshire, England (Grave #11642)); and Edward James Adam, born March 30, 1924.

Thomas Wilkie Adam died on June 28, 1924, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, after undergoing surgery. He is buried in Mountainview cemetery, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
