Notes[POSSIBLE MATCH] Thomas Addison, born January 29, 1905, at 9:05 a.m., at 771 Dumbarton Road, Partick, Glasgow, Scotland. Parents: Thomas Addison, iron merchant, and Janet Lyon Adam, married June 17, 1892.

On October 3, 1920, Thomas Snowden Addison, 15, arrived in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, in a group of 60 Quarrier boys accompanied by Mr. William Douglas. Upon arrival, Thomas declared that his aim in coming to Canada was to settle and do farm work; that his destination was Fairknowe Home, Brockville, Ontario; and he had no known family in his home country.
