On January 22, 1921, at Ottawa, Carleton, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Francis Joseph Chapman, 22, stationery engineer, born in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England to Joseph John Chapman and Priscilla Charlotte Long; and Elmyra [sic] Tapp, 25, born in Antonio, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, to Adolphis Tapp and Harriet Charron.

Francis and Elmire Tapp Chapman had at least 5 children: Francis Chapman (1919 ? 1920); Dorothy P.
