Notesa birth of a Quentin David Durward was registerered in Oct Qtr of 1895 in Newcastle

On 22nd September 1914, Quentin Durward born October 24th 1895 Newcastle upon Tyne, enlisted in Canadian Army, he have his next of kin as sister-Jean Durward, 33 Warren Road,

On 17 June 1915, Private Quentin Durward, 18, killed in action in France. He is shown as being the son of William Durward and Martha Wilson, with the regiment Canadian Infantry (Central Ontario Regiment) and is remembered on the Vimy Memorial.
