NotesThomas arrived in Fremantle, Western Australia aboard ‘Baradine’ on Christmas Day, 1934. He was placed at Fairbridge Farm School, Pinjarra WA.

He served in WWII as a Gunner (2/3 AUST A A REGT S/L BTY 1942-46):

Thos died in 2014 aged 91 and is memorialised at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park (Sir Thos Meagher Lake GB41). First wife Gertrude Ethel (b. 1926) died on 12 Jan 1949 aged 22 (Karrakatta Cemetery, Wesleyan BA106). Doris May died 13 Oct 2011 aged 81 (memorialised with Thos, GB40).
