In 1901, Stanley Fisher, 2 years of age, is shown as a patient in Fulham Infirmary, Fulham, London, England. His mother, Rose Ellen Fisher, 26, married, is also a patient in the infirmary.

It cannot be verified yet that these are the parents of Stanley Fisher, but are provided for further research and information.)

In 1906, Stanley W. Fisher, 7, arrived with a group of 215 children en route to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

In 1911, Stanley Fisher, 13, is shown as a Barnardo Boy with James Carson and family in Monck, Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. His date of birth is shown as February 1898 and his immigration year as 1906.

On May 1, 1916, at Cobourg, Ontario, Canada, Stanley Fisher enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces. He declared he resided at Centretown, Ontario, Canada; that he was born in London, England; that his next of kin was his mother, Mrs. Rose Fisher, who resided at 56 Rosaline Road, Dawes Road, Fulham, London, England; that his date of birth was June 2, 1898; that he was a farmer; and that he was not married. He was described as 5 foot 3 inches in height; fair complexion; blue eyes, blond hair. He was a member of the Methodist faith. He had a distinguishing feature of a mole on his left scapular region.

It is unknown what the outcome of the first Attestation brought; however, at Port Hope, Ontario, Canada, the same Stanley Fisher on September 6, 1916, once again enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces. He changed his birth date to July 8, 1898, and he stated he resided at Baltimore, Ontario, Canada, however all other information remained the same.

Once again, this time at Belleville, Ontario, Canada, on January 7, 1917, Stanley Fisher enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces, changing his birth date to December 21, 1898. Though all other information remained the same as the prior attestation, there is a notation on the top of the document which states "not to be sent overseas until 19 years of age."

On January 25, 1923, at Toronto, York, Canada, a marriage was registered between Stanley Charles Fisher, 24, teamster, born in England, son of Robert Fisher and Rose; and Irene Davenport, 18-1/2, born in Ontario, Canada, daughter of Walter Davenport and Alice Dyment.
