He declared that: his present address was 50 James Street, North Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; that he was born in London, England; that his next of kin was his mother, Susan Harriett Fisher, who resided at 22 Glaskin Road, Wells Street, South Hackney, London, England; that he was not married; and that he was a clerk. He was described as 5 foot 9 inches in height; fair complexion; brown eyes; brown hair. He was a member of the Baptist faith. He had distinguishing marks of 3 vaccination scars on his left arm and a mole on his left buttock.

Private Arthur Christopher Fisher died August 31, 1918. He is buried at the VALLEY CEMETERY, in Pas de Calais, France (Grave Reference: A. 10).
