In 1881, Harriet Halliday, 9 years of age, was shown residing at the Oulten Workhouse, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, along with her mother, Harriet Halliday, 31, married, formerly domestic; and her siblings: Edward B. In 1911, Harriet Wilks, 40, is shown residing at Zorra East Township, Hickson Village, Oxford, Ontario, Canada, along with her husband Thomas Wilks, 43, farmer, and their children: Edward T. Wilks, 16, farmer; William J. Wilks, 14, farmer; Harold F. Wilks, 11, farmer; Nellie Wilks, 9; and Dorothy E. Wilks, 1 month. (One more child was born after this census, Edith WILKS, born November 23, 1914.)
