In 1901, Olive Headon, 10 years of age, was shown as a lodger, along with his family, in the home of Elizabeth Haberfield, 37, at 25 Milk Street, Walcot, Bath, Somersetshire, England. Other members of the family included: Archie Headon, 1 month; Caroline Headon, 35; Edward Headon, 8; Maud Headon, 1; Herbert Headon [Robert Headon], 4; Minnie [Amanda] Headon, 11; Thomas Headon, 12; and Walter Headon, 40, general labourer. In 1906, Olive Headon, 10, arrived at Portland, Maine, USA, along with a group of 125 girls en route to Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. [As Walter and Caroline Headon are her parents, other siblings who immigrated would have been: Robert Headon, who also arrived in 1906 with Barnardos on the Dominion; Olive Headon, who arrived in 1902 with Barnardos on the Colonian; and Edward R. Headon, who arrived in 1904 with Barnardos on the Southwark.]
On April 14, 1915, in Bobcaygeon, Victoria, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Olive Annie Headon, 23, daughter of Walter Headon and Caroline Larcom; and Percy James Finley, 25, farmer, son of Wm James Finley and Maggie Lawrence.
Percy and Olive Finley had three children. Olive Ann Headon Finley died on January 20, 1954 in Ontario, Canada. Percy Wilburn Finley died January 16, 1969 in Ontario, Canada. They are buried in Verulam Cemetery, Bobcaygeon, Verulam Township, Victoria, Ontario.
