NotesReginald was one of 23 children aged 8 to 13 who arrived in Fremantle, Western Australia from Southampton aboard 'Jervis Bay' in February 1934, bound for Fairbridge Farm School, Pinjarra. He was 12 years old.

He arrived with brother Ernest (12). Their mother Jane had died in 1926 aged 28.
