Dear Madam,
The Guardians have approved, in principle, the emigration of children, and are desirous of emigrating the following Orphans or Deserted children

Sowden, Ethel aged 8
Bonaquest, Edith aged 10
Brown, Charles aged 14
King, Freddy aged 6
Spratley, Mabel aged 7
Brown, Frederick aged 14
Sowden, Olive aged 11
Terry, Edith aged 13
Brown, Leonard aged 14
Attwell, Frederick aged 10

Spratley, Reginald aged 4
The Guardians propose to emigrate them through your Agency, if you will take them ad, as a preliminary course, are adopting them at the next meeting.
I shall be grateful if you will inform me as soon as possible if you can take all the children, and what date you would like them at your Homes

The Guardians at yesterday?s meeting adopted all the children named in my letter of 20th alto, and had a useful and interesting interview with Mr. Merry your Canadian Representative. I shall be glad if you will inform me as early as possible the children you can receive into your Liverpool Home for the purpose of emigration as when. I presume I shall receive in due course, after you receive the children, the necessary papers to enable me to apply to the Ministry of Health for sanction

Ready to be sent: Ena Sowden 14, Olive Sowden 11, Ethel Sowden 8, Edith Terry 13, Edith Bonaquest 10, Mabel Spartley (sic) 7, Reginald Spratley 4
Re medical certificate, it is hopeless asking the Medical Officer to fill in certificates for children that have left the Institution, so can you obtain a certificate for Frederick Attwell who is now at Liverpool?
