Moffat and Flora Holmes. Margaret's brother, Abraham Vantreen was a witness to the marriage.

William and Margaret Vantreen Moffat had six children.

Margaret Vantreen Moffat died on June 27, 1961. William Christopher Moffat died May 15, 1986.
