From the Ups and Downs Magazine: "Lizzie Farrell and Annie Ware. This is a very interesting little group - the two girls, who were foster sisters, with Mrs. Manary's baby. Lizzie is still with Mrs. Edward Manary, of Bracebridge and is getting along very nicely, but Annie Ware, who is sitting down in the picture, has been transferred to Mrs. Geo. Thompson of Germania, and, we are glad to hear, is doing well."
