In 1909, Rachel Worthington, 15 (along with her brother George Worthington, 13), arrived in Quebec, Canada, with a group of 25 children en route to Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

In 1911, Rachel Worthington, 15, is shown as residing in National Childrens Home, Hamilton, Wentworth, Ontario, Canada. Her date of birth is shown as January 1896, and her year of immigration as 1908.

On September 18, 1918, Rachel Worthington, residing in Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada, was shown as the next of kin on the draft registration of her brother, George Edward Worthington, who had been forcibly drafted after being apprehended by Dom.
