Married ID 1554 Barbara STRECKER. Witnesses John STRECKER and Anne WALKER. In 1885 after marriage to Barbara the couple lived at 49 Manvers Street, Nottingham.
Divorced 1896. (Source Divorce Records - Ancestry and local newspaper report in Nottingham). Because of John's cruelty towards Barbara she left the house in May 1886 and went to her brother George at 42 Boothferry Road, Goole (after a renumbering, the house number became 78 Boothferry Road)
Married 1898 Annie DONNER (co-respondent in divorce case - Annie d 1911 aged 46)
