George came to this country in 1891 and was interned at Knockaloe. During his internment he heard rumours that his wife was taking in lodgers. When he was released he went to the address where she was living and found his wife living with a Robert Smith who declared that if George petitioned for divorce he would marry Rose.
Annie Böheim Morley, sister of the respondent corroborated the evidence and George was granted decree nisi.
