The surname varied greatly in England. Various marriage record transcriptions use UMBEHAWER and UNBEHANER. Other records use UNBEHAN and UNBEHAUR. Census records are difficult to follow as as UNBEHAN is used and Henry is identified as a "Joiner" (a carpenter), and may not have been a Pork Butcher.
