In 1883, Sarah Lawson, 11 (along with sister, Hannah Lawson, 8) - there was a recording error as they were named LAWTON, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 126 young persons from several Boards of Guardians to various destinations.

Was removed last winter by Miss Rye and has since been visited by Mr. Smith."
Sarah Lawton, spinster, returned to England on September 4, 1894, on the ship Vancouver.
